Ideally, you have 1,500+ followers, students, or email subscribers with decent engagement. But more important than numbers is that you have a real, connected community—people who trust you and would love to travel with you.

This varies a bit based on the venue you select as well as the time of year you're hosting your retreat.

Generally, seven night retreats are priced starting at $2,500 for shared accommodations to $5,000+ for the most luxurious private rooms. We will work with you to select a venue and inclusions that best fits your vision and community. 

Some of our retreat partners offer a range of accommodations if you know your group will vary in their budget and preferences. 

After your initial application and Zoom chat, we’ll ask you to share a short survey with your audience to gauge interest in your retreat. This is your chance to test the waters and get real data before committing.

If you hit our milestone (typically 50 responses with at least 15 people saying they'd be interested in attending), you’ll be invited to sign your retreat contract and receive a $1,000 Founding Host bonus.

If you don’t meet the milestone, no worries—there’s no penalty, and you’ll walk away with valuable insight about your audience and next steps to grow. You’re always welcome to reapply in the future.

First-time hosts earn a $2,500 stipend after completing the retreat. Founding Hosts also earn a $1,000 signing bonus after hitting interest survey benchmarks. Proven hosts can graduate into profit-share models with significantly higher earning potential.

Everything. Venue booking, contracts, guest payments, day-by-day itinerary, on-site staff coordination, logistics, communication with attendees—we even give you plug-and-play marketing templates to promote your retreat. You bring your audience, show up and teach. We do the rest.

you don’t meet your promo benchmarks or fill enough spots, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat—but we’ll be checking in with you months in advance to keep you on track. You won’t owe us anything, but you also won’t receive the stipend.

We work with a curated list of trusted venues—places we’ve personally led retreats at—so we can guarantee a smooth experience. Retreats are typically seven nights, with shorter options available in Italy, the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica.
