Studio Scale Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines our service delivery process, refund conditions, and relevant terms. Please review this policy carefully. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars.
2. Delivery Policy
Studio Scale provides digital marketing services, which are delivered electronically or via telephonic communication based on client requests.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted under the following condition:
- If the service has not been performed at all during the contract term.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The service was delivered as agreed, but you changed your mind.
- You were informed of any potential service limitations before purchase.
- You are dissatisfied with the service but did not report an issue within 7 days of receipt.
4. Return Policy
Since Studio Scale sells digital marketing services, returns are not accepted. However, in specific cases, refunds may be issued as outlined above.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Once a contract is signed, cancellations are not permitted.
6. Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days, despite multiple attempts by Studio Scale to proceed with or finalize services, the project may be considered abandoned. In such cases:
- Studio Scale reserves the right to deny refunds, reducing any potential reimbursement to zero at its discretion.
- Any fees paid by the client may be forfeited as per the original Work Order.
