Hi! I'm Jen. I own a collection of four (adorable & thriving) aerial yoga studios in Seattle, WA and am a business coach to boutique studio owners. I absolutely LOVE what I do, but my very-favorite part of my job is planning and leading retreats across the globe.

I get to travel in luxury to exotic places in the Caribbean, Hawaii, Europe and Asia and make at least $15,000 (after all retreat costs and my personal travel expenses, of course) per retreat. Plus, all of the travel points I rack up in the retreat planning process allows my family of four to vacation for free (we're going to the Hyatt Regency in Maui for spring break this year, 100% paid by points earned in my retreat business!) 

After planning four to five highly profitable retreats each year, I have learned a lot about how to efficiently plan (including delegating the grunt work), creatively market and lead truly magical experiences for my attendees.

AM I THE RIGHT COACH FOR YOU?

 

There are a lot of retreat coaches out there, so why go with me?

--I focus exclusively on helping people create wellness/fitness/yoga oriented retreats and have a record of leading my own profitable wellness retreats. These types of trips need to be planned and priced in a very different way than someone might price a business retreat, for example. 


--I believe you can create a beautiful, accessible, luxury experience and still get paid well for your efforts. You do not need to create a retreat only a small number of your students can afford in order to make money. If your retreat brand is going to cater only to the very wealthy, I'm probably not the coach for you.

--I am adept at managing my retreat business (four to five week-long international trips each year) in the context of a busy life: I have four studios to run, two school-aged kids, three pets and prioritize plenty of free time. I'll help you build a retreat business that fits into your life and enhances it instead of becoming one more item you dread on the "to do" list.
